Looking for a VA with hotel/airbnb/expedia knowledge/background

Hi :)! Are you customer focussed, organised and happy to take phone calls?

We're looking for a VA to come onboard with our short term accomodation company. We have 15 properties across Australia that are rented out on Airbnb, ---------- , expedia etc. We would like some after hours support, so from 5pm onwards in Australia and over the weekends (schedule is negotiable) to assist us with a few different things.

- Have our phone line diverted to you at certain times
- Customer queries, checking the availability of our properties, answering questions
- Customer issues, maybe the internet went down or the power went out
- Email management, replying to emails, contacting upcoming guests
- Coordinating maintenance jobs
- Sending sms/emails from our platform to check in on guests during their stay

A bit of admin work can also be involved too...
- Creating clear 'how to' instructions for appliances
- Creating welcome booklets

Ideally you will have some knowledge in accomodation/airbnb type of industries and how these platforms operate.

We could take someone on full or part time, salary negotiable. Look forward to hearing from you!
