Job Description:
Will analyze our current process and determine ways to improve Lead Generation
Serve as the primary resource for the researching and prospecting of qualified new business leads via Internet, cold calling,
Work directly with CEO to create process to aggressively follow-up and qualify all leads
Accountable for meeting or exceeding qualified lead objectives and quotas while being able to build a pipeline of business
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of industry experience
Enthusiastic and professional
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and active listening)
A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential
Solid organizational, problem analysis and follow-up skills
High initiative, self-motivated and results-oriented team player
Ability to persuade/influence others and a passion for persistence
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales and activity quotas
College degree or equivalent work experience
