Role Summary

We are looking for a self-starting entrepreneurial-minded Internet Marketing Coordinator to help with day-to-day marketing activities including managing client communications, email marketing, lead acquisition and other inbound and outbound communication responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage/monitor online advertising campaigns and increase overall conversions;
Create, implement and optimize website SEO strategy;
Manage and monitor social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter);
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to drive website traffic;
Assist in preparation of marketing materials (creation, proofreading, editing and posting);
Manage the creation of newsletters, email marketing messages, communication campaigns, blog curation and content writing;
Compose SEO keyword-rich technical press releases and blog articles;
Continuous monitoring of online conversations across all active social media platforms;
Create and modify documents using GSuite (Google Apps) and Adobe Creative Suite;
Create sales and PowerPoint presentations specific to market niches and/or client proposals;
Assist with the development of content marketing strategy;
Build, test and launch online sales funnels for sales and lead generation with A/B testing;
Develop company Internet KPI’s and identify opportunities/areas of improvement;
Help drive traffic and increase conversions of online product sales;
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills Required:

You are creative, resourceful and professional with an enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic;
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Excellent proofreading skills and high attention to detail;
Self-starting, flexible and adaptable with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines;
Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, web conversions and optimization strategies;
Experience working with Facebook, AdWords, AdRoll and other retargeting platforms;
Experience setting up and optimizing Facebook advertising and custom audiences;
Experience with online marketing and marketing automation using CRMs;
Experience with email autoresponders, sequences and triggered automations;
Experience with WordPress, ClickFunnels, Active Campaign or similar services;
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop and Illustrator), and GSuite (Google Apps);
