eBay API expert to develop an App!

I am looking for someone to build a web app based on eBay API and xml feed.

Here are the details:

My supplier gives me a link of the xml feed with their products catalogue.

I need an app which will do the following:

1) in one section will read all the products from the xml feed and visualize them to be able to see the main image and the title of the product. Basic information to understand what the product is.

2) button to list that product on eBay - it will go on another page where we will create our eBay listing. The app will automatically fill the description, the images, category, price with a defined markup and whatever can be pulled through the supplier's xml feed. Then we click submit listing to be published on eBay.

3) After the listing is published on eBay this item will go to monitor page. The app must monitor the xml feed for supplier's price and stock changes in order to make adjustments on our eBay listing too. If it goes out of stock on suppliers feed we must put 0 quantity on ebay listing.
