-I am looking for more than just a virtual assistant to conduct administrative tasks.
-I am seeking a virtual team member to help realize the vision of my company through efficient and proactive task prioritization and execution with outstanding communication.
-I need an individual who will bring organization, structure and prioritization to the role so that I can spend my time focusing on strategic tasks to grow and diversify the company.
-Your role will begin by executing Instagram growth strategies for my personal account as I work towards publishing my second book and need to increase my influence in this arena.
-Over time, I’d love to give you more tasks in the digital marketing and growth arenas if it’s a fruitful relationship.
-I am willing to invest in your personal and professional development with training and exposure to my business structure to help strengthen your skills an individual and as a VA.

How We Will Communicate

Requirements
Time Commitment
A minimum of 10 hours per week (with hopes for that to grow as we get to know one another)

Experience
1+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant serving high-performing, fast-paced entrepreneurs and/or business owners. Even better if you’ve worked with someone on a personal brand growth strategy.

Skills and Technical Knowledge
-Skilled at using Instragram
-A bonus if you know your own growth hacking strategies to ethically build an Instagram following
-Even better if you are great at growing email lists
-Excellent English writer (you’ll need to comment on Instagram posts in my ‘voice’ as part of this role)

-Highly organized and detail oriented
-Enjoy a high-paced, multi-tasking environment to move many initiatives forward at the same time

Examples of Tasks You Will Execute Directly
-Like, follow, and comment manually on other Instagram accounts who are a great potential audience of my content.
-Follow/unfollow based on who is engaging with my content.
-Create playbook in Google Drive for your entire job role and processes for handoff should VA not continue in role
-Evaluate and rollout new marketing tools (i.e. Vidkala)
-Design a Facebook Messenger ---------- sequence
