Social Media/SEO Specialist

I need an Customer Service, Ad, & Lead Specialist. I'm an admin for a real estate team in Texas & need someone to run ads & talk to prospects who respond to leads. Also will be following up with people & developing relationship with them for long term.

Person needs to be:
- Good with computers (not necessarily design or anything, just computer literate & can navigate one & navigate a website pretty intuitively)
- Problem Solver & Intuitive
- Motivated
- Flex Hours, but willing to work in evenings & weekends...not crazy hours.
- Looking for probably 30-40 hrs a week.
- COMFORTABLE TALKING TO PEOPLE AND A PEOPLE PERSON. This is NOT for cold calling, but you will be speaking with WARM people.
- Decent & familiar with Social Media Marketing. We will teach you everything on how to build ads, what to post, how to post, etc... but need you to have some idea of social media.

This really could be anyone. Someone in college, in their 20's, a mom with kids....but they need to be MOTIVATED and HARD WORKING, this could turn into something much much bigger.
