Frontnend PSD to WordPress Developer Expert Needed Asap.

I need to properly finish the site, this is not e-commerce is just informational.

What needs to be done?
1- Make drop-down filters to properly work ( semantic-dropdowns )
2- Add Mailchimp and make sure it works
3- Increase site speed.
Remove unused files, CSS, js etc..... and whatever needs to be done to make the site load faster.

4- Setup admin correctly the way I can easily change or add products
5- Fix Menu correctly. ( Ask me )

You will need to have a great attitude, be honest and excellent skills.
Min salary to start will get better with experience and loyalty.
