REAL ESTATE COMPANY: Data Entry into Our Infusionsoft Application

Data Entry into Our Infusionsoft Application. This is a vital position within our Real Estate Company. You will be pulling information from out Multiple Listing System (MLS) on a daily basis and checking the status of the property to determine if it is a viable option for our sales team to contact. There is no phone work, everything is data input and analysis.

This is a fulltime position. Mon-Fri starting at approx 3pm (Philipine time) and ending at 11pm.

You will be working part of the time when our sales team is OFF and expectations are you are 100% committed during the hours our team is not "ON".

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required (Testing prior to employment is required)
Knowledge of Infusionsoft is a plus.

When not doing Data entry you will be creating ads on Craigslist in both Phoenix and Denver.

If certain days do not complete 8 hours of work you will work with other VA's complete needed tasks for team.
