Property Development Researcher/Analyst

About This Job:
We are looking for a researcher who has background in property development or real estate. The successful candidate will research property opportunities and evaluate the feasibility of a project based on set criteria such as:

• Potential value
• Type of property that can be developed
• Lot area
• Zoning
• Legislation, etc.

Roles and responsibilities:
This is a project-based position and the end product of our engagement is a list of 100 potential properties in Sydney in no more than 1 month.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
• Previous experience in property development or real estate.
• At least 2+ years of experience in research and analysis.
• Background in architecture is highly desired.
• Familiarity with Australian legislation on property development, maps, and zoning.
• Experience working for an Australian client/company is an advantage.
• Advanced written and presentation communications skill set.
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills along with Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail, commitment to quality, and excellent organisational skills.
• Strong work ethic with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• An effective team player.
