Designer for Merch by Amazon

I am searching for a designer for Merch by amazon. Must have experience using Photoshop and a strong understanding of Amazon compliance regarding copyright and trademark infringement.

Eventually I would like to hire someone more full time but initially I would like pay for 5 designs a week
($4 per design)

With a strong work ethic and shown knowledge of compliance, product research and design Quality I would like to move forward with a full time position.

Things I will need from you:
1.) all png files transferred to me via Dropbox.
2.) all files must be T-shirt ready (graphics centered properly for t shirts.) no logos or pictures over the belly etc.
3.) All files must be original work, cannot violate copyright or trademark laws

I will have some more requirements once we establish a working relationship and develop a rapport until then I would like to see some of your work that directly relates to Merch by Amazon.

Please answer the following questions in your application:
1.) are you familiar with Merch by Amazon and the format of files that need to be uploaded for each specific product i.e. shirt vs hoodie etc?

2.) Have you any experience with keyword research (not needed for this position but would be a plus for future tasks and full time employment.)

3.) Where do you get vectors or do you draw by hand for your designs?

4.( what is your knowledge and understanding of copyright and trademark infringement?

5.) How many designs per week would you be able to create? None would be too intricate, mostly simple designs with the occasional complex one.
