Hello—we’re Trialfacts, a remote entrepreneurial company, and without us, a lot of medical research would not be possible. We’re searching for a Customer Support Specialist to help our our team solve our clients’ biggest problem. If you’re looking for a position where you can set your own hours, take holidays as you see fit, work remotely from home, and help medical research succeed, then please read on.

ABOUT YOU:

You're empathetic. You are able to put yourself in other’s people’s shoes and understand a problem from a client or patient’s point of view. You enjoy making people feel good.

You obsess over the details. You are fastidious about your spelling and punctuation. Your emails delight clients and patients alike.

You love solving problems. In addition to developing an in-depth understanding of clinical trials you’ll need to be able to rapidly develop a thorough understanding of each of our client’s clinical trials, their concerns, and then use that knowledge to solve client and patient problems. If you’re intimidated by medical jargon then you need not apply.

You’re not a pushover. Dealing with customers is not always easy, and they might not like what you are telling them. You know when to stand your ground. You know how to tactfully say no and diffuse tricky situations.

You love to collaborate. We’re looking for someone who will seamlessly interface between the client and the operations team, keeping us both informed of clinical trial developments. An important part of this role is to ensure that we know how the client is feeling about our services and communicate that back to the team.

You love to write. You’ll be responding to patient and client queries every day. Almost everything at Trialfacts is done via written communication (both with customers and between teammates).

You're tactfully persistent. You’re not afraid of reaching out to clients to get the feedback the team needs to do their job well. You know how to continuously follow up without coming across as pushy.
