Operations Management Trainee

Job Summary
Responsible for working alongside Operations Managers and accepting delegated duties and responsibilities, learning supply chain and operations and developing the skills needed with the goal of eventually becoming an Officer In-charge in the future.

Key Responsibilities
1. Forecast, order, allocate and spearhead the distribution of all products in the branches.
2. Monitor stocks and ensure product availability and movement of inventory.
2. Analyze given data and come up with action plans and recommend better solutions on Stock Availability and Movement issues.
3. Creates Sales Strategies to support operations in ensuring sales quota is hit
4. Create substantial Reports to be used as basis for operation-related decisions.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree preferably major Business Administration
2. Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
3. Working experience in retail industry is a plus
4. Outgoing personality and approachable demeanor
5. Good understanding of the importance of excellent customer service and a commitment to delivering it.
6. Demonstrates natural leadership, exude confidence and an air of authority
7. Multi-Tasking and problem solving skills along with the ability to work well under pressure

This position is also open to fresh graduate who has the strong desire to learn.
