Graphic designer meets social media marketing

I am looking for someone who has a great eye for design. Someone who is efficient in creating social media post, worksheets with images and graphs, infographics etc. Someone who is creative and can stay in brand. At the same time, someone who understands social media marketing, funneling and strategy. I need someone who is proficient in instagram and facebook who can manage our website design and backend work.
