Graphic Designer for Ongoing T-shirt Designing Job!

Looking for skilled designers that can come up with creative tshirt designs. I would expect the right candidates to be able to come up with and complete a design in about an hour. That being said I don't expect super elaborate designs but they should all be aesthetically pleasing. Design ideas can be a popular saying or music lyric or some sort of graphic, etc. You can get inspiration from ---------- to get an idea of the type of quality I am looking for in the designs you will be making. This opportunity can be extended to full time for the right person if they desire, or they can stay as part time. Designers will be required to turn in a certain amount of designs per week which will be determined upon hiring. Possible pay increase dependent on performance. Thanks!
