Real Estate Virtual Assitant

I am looking for someone to assist me in my real estate investing business. Someone that can work Part-Time 15-20 hour per week, primarily do Cold Calling and Skip Tracing absentee owners, Vacant property owners, and other related tasks as needed. You will gather information about their property and set up an appointment for my direct follow up. Turning cold leads into warm leads. Leads, Script and Skip Tracing software will be provided.

Although initially, this is a part-time position, as the project progresses, full-time opportunities may become available based on your job performance. Bonus paid for each successful closing.

Must be qualified with prior experience in cold calling, skip tracing and appointment setting a. Must know how to use Podio.

Excellent fluent verbal and literal communication skills in the English Language
-A minimum of two years of administrative, real estate, and virtual assistance work experience
