Designer for Tshirt Company

Hi there,

We're looking for long term skillful graphic designer who has experience in tshirt and merchandise designs.

Design brief/concepts will be given and you'll need to use your super graphic design powers to create high quality and awesome looking designs.

Fixed priced per design based on categories below (for test phase):
4 Design Type Categories:
- Text Based Design - USD 5
- Text and/or Image Based Design - USD10
- Innovate and Improve on Existing Designs - USD10
- Original Design From Scratch - USD15

Above pricing will be increased after design concept confirmation. Subject to company's approval.

All designs must not infringe trademark or copyright issues.

Work at your pace. Design briefs and concepts will be handed to designer on Friday 9am and designer to submit completed design by Monday 9am US eastern standard time.

We are a team. Additional bonus will be given for great selling designs.

Skills Required:
- Excellent graphic design skills using Adobe photoshop and/or illustrator
- Speak and Write English
