Team leader - chat sales @Yellowhead

Yellowhead is leading marketing group with a comprehensive portfolio of services that includes marketing, chat sales, chat support and customer care. The Group has mainly focus on the Israeli market since 2002 and now is planning to start and expand to the international market.

Representative requirements:

•Problem solving/conflict resolution skills, ie able to understand and fix issues as they arise

•At least 1 year experience in Sales/Customer Service thru chat

•Excellent communication skills in the English language, both verbal and written (particularly with grammar and professionalism)

•Experienced with working in a fast-paced and high-energy environment

•Ability to effectively deal with several chat request and manage stressful situations

•Ability to function co-operatively and contribute as part of the team

Aggressive sales approach.

•Results-oriented

•Willing to work at least 5 shift a week as part of a 24/7 team.
