SEO, Social Media and PPC Specialist

I need someone who can create a Marketing plan for a website and implement it.
We will need to do an organic SEO, social media marketing and fix our PPC campaigns.
If you can manage all this it's great, if not just let me know which part you prefer to do.
This will be a part time job for a few months.
