Experienced Writer Needed With Excellent English - 5000 PHP per month

I'm looking for an experienced writer with an excellent command of written English, to work 10 hours per week writing articles for me.
I will pay the successful candidate 1250PHP at the end of every week via PayPal.
The candidate must be able to write articles quickly on any topic - I will give them keywords and they must use these keywords as the topic for the content, using the keyword in the title and several times in the article.

The articles do not need to be amazing, but need to have perfect/almost perfect English. I am looking for quantity more than quality, but they still need to be reasonably interesting and well written. Each article will be approximately 400 words long.

Apart from having strong writing skills, applicants must be honest, hard working, punctual, excellent at communicating with me, friendly and nice
to work with.

When applying for the job, please send me examples of your writing and tell me how many 400 word articles you can write in 10 hours per week. Please be realistic - I don't want the articles written badly just because you have promised more than you can deliver.

Applicants should also be prepared to do a short Skype interview with me.
