Digital Marketer/Customer Service Support

Trekology is an innovative outdoor gear company based in Portland, Oregon, USA. We have products ranging from camping furniture, sleeping gears, and trekking poles. We are looking to expand and we need your help!

We are currently looking for dedicated, creative, and digital marketers to help create our digital marketing contents and build up our brand images. Once hired, you will be working with our marketing manager, and responsibilities include but not limited to developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns to promote our company, our products and/or services. You will be part of the team that plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Specifically, we are looking for applicantswho can help with the following items/projects:

SOCIAL MEDIA
• Research on topics with relevant content (images, quotes, articles) to the target audience
• Create and schedule Facebook posts that attracts to our target audience.
• Create and post Instagram messages
• Reply, engage, interact and moderate comments on FB and Instagram posts
 • Create landing pages or presentations for sales and promotions
• Support documents and contents for marketing campaigns as needed

AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Manage order fulfillment of our products on Amazon
• Answering emails
• Resolve customer order problems such as status of order, change in order, returns and other complaints

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Experience with Virtual Assistant job
• Email management
• Strong English writing skills
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter interface. Understand the rules of the regulations on what kind of posts is allowed or not allowed.
• Capable of doing basic image and video editing. Willing to learn advanced image/video editing skills if needed. 
• Familiar with WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT softwares 
• Has a good artistic sense and be able to create appealing content presentation 
• Be responsive, and responsible in the assigned tasks
