JOB OVERVIEW

Our team is looking for a full time Amazon VA. Must have relevant experience on customer service experience with Amazon. And also experience with amazon seller central. Preferably knowledgeable in using Trello.

• Open personality to improvement and can take constructive criticism well if applicable
• Honesty and integrity are the keys to succeed and grow in this position

Your daily task will be to do customer support and any VA task. The task need a very high rate of accuracy and attentiveness as this is an integral task within my stores.

Work hours and schedule
• 40 hours per week, you will be required to use/install Time Doctor to track work hours
• Expected work hours will be Monday to Friday, 5PM-1AM Philippine time.
• Must be fully focused and committed with strict exclusivity to the role maintained at all times (no other projects or commitments on the side).
