We are a fast-growing ecommerce store that is hosted in Shopify. Our company started since 2015 serving customers worldwide. We are seeking an experienced full-time customer service to join our rockstar team.
This candidate will work based on the schedule that was given by the management and will report after the end of each shift.
This is an exciting opportunity for you, so if you prove to be very good at what you do, in the future you may be managing a team of remote support staff for us!
You will be a good fit for this job if you:
1) Have truly incredible communication skills and understand the importance of choosing your words carefully and reply
2) Have patience, compassion and empathy for customers that is having issues about their order.
3) Are a problem solver rockstar who knows that there is always a solution to be found and is dedicated to doing so.
4) Are a self-starter, and quick learner and productive working remotely on your own and with a team.
5) Are able to handle graveyard shift.
6) Can work with minimal supervision.
7) Are able to get the job done DONE!
8) Are well versed with Shopify Platform
9) Have a knowledge with different tracking company and how to track it.
10) Have the ability to adapt to change and grow as the company grows
11) Participate in meetings online and meet-ups.
12) Attentive to details and accuracy.
Rate: $75 / week
