T-Shirt/Logo Designer

I'm looking for someone who can design using adobe illustrator and adobe photoshop to setup layouts for t-shirt printing, business card templates, sign and banners and more. Must know how to design using these programs and must be able to be reliable and dependable to return requests in a time efficient manner. No entry level design work.
