I have had an Amazon store for over a year. I dropship arbitrage from all of the major sites and I direct arbitrage from Belk Department Store shipped to me and then to the customer. I want to setup up a Shopify store or multiple ones for dropshipping and Amazon affiliate links.

You need to have experience with starting AND running Shopify stores, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, customer service, and possiblly SEO. I have had many "expert" VAs that proved to be a disappointment. I am on a budget but I am willing to pay salary part time or full time. I also allow for flexible hours as long as performance is there. I provide monthly bonuses and if your resume is as good as it looks I will GUARANTEE a percentage of ALL PROFIT within 60 days.
