I am a real estate investor who started my company going on 7 years. I would like to concentrate on managing in the field, while the VA handles admin duties. I am looking for someone to grow with the company as it continues to grow.
I am looking for a VA who has Real Estate experience and Bookkeeping with Quickbooks. On the Real Estate side, I need a VA who can run Comps (Comparable) on a properties and have experience. The other tasks would include the following and the position would start immediately..
] Search 5 Mile, CL, Offer Up, Letgo, etc etc etc
[ ] Look at Home Depot Pro Rewards account and organize expenses.
[ ] Locate FLOORING and other materials at low prices.
[ ] Create store and list and SELL our inventory.
[ ] RECRUIT Skilled Labor CL and other sources
[ ] Lite bookeeping Quick Books
[ ] Locate contract jobs for our company whole house flips
[ ] Connect with FB people with friends to expose fix n flip biz
[ ] Find people with FB fans
[ ] Find supplies
[ ] Recruit contract workers.
[ ] Read mail. Answer mail
