REQUIREMENTS

- You live in the Philippines.
- You have 3+ years experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- You must be extremely experienced in the Xero accounting system (please don't apply if you only work with Quickbooks).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Xero Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Categorizing revenue and expense transactions
- Applying incoming payments to invoices
- Creating and submitting invoices
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Integrating our merchant accounts into Xero
- Applying/deducting merchant account processing fees from credit card transactions

Company Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Calculating profitability of client projects
- Calculating and creating monthly sales commission reports
- Processing monthly sales commission payments
- Creating executive level reports for management
- Cash flow forecasting and management
