We are seeking a freelance, highly talented Jira "Ninja" to help us enhance our Jira forecasting, monitoring and reporting capabilities.

DESCRIPTION

We've been using Jira to manage our many in-house projects, but we need you to enhance the level of intelligence and reporting it provides to our Project Manager, development team, executives, and clients.

Below are some of the most significant requirements and use cases:

Assessing & Forecasting Resource Capacity & Availability

- When will (employee) be free for a new task within the current project?
- When will (employee) be free to start a new project?
- For a new project/client, when can we start the new project based on employee/team availability?

Monitoring Project Health

- Is the project on/under/over budget?
- What % complete is the project?
- What % complete are the milestone(s) in the project?
- Is the project at risk of going over budget? If so, what employee(s) and/or project tasks are jeopardizing project health?

Reporting

- Single project level reports/graphs/charts to provide better intelligence to employees
- Macro level (i.e. multiple project) reports/graphs/charts to help project managers manage project health and employee productivity
- Executive level reports/graphs/charts to provide better intelligence on entire company's productivity, project health, project manager performance, and employee performance
- Client level reports/graphs/charts to provide more professional and up-to-date project details to clients
