I need a RELIABLE FAST Fulltime PHP/MYSQL/AJAX/JAVASCRIPT Programmer for ongoing projects (Mobile App Skills a Plus)

I have been working with programmers creating software products since 2004, so I know what it takes and what type of person works well with me. I also have a SAAS Membership platform that can be used or if it is not something that you can adapt to, we can discuss creating a new one.

Besides having incredible programming skills, I require 3 other attributes that are almost as important.

1. You must be RELIABLE. I can't have someone that vanishes for days or weeks during or after a project. You need to be online and available so I am not chasing you or wondering what is going on. You must have skype

2. I need someone who has a firm grip of the English language. If we can't communicate, it's not going to work out.

3. You must install and use time tracking software and project management software I will provide.

I have several projects that need to be done and am looking for a long term relationship, not just a one off job.

I have a test project that I would like to run with right programmer.
