Position is a long term, full time position.
Candidate must be:
1) fluent in spoken English AND minimal accent
2) able to troubleshoot hardware and software errors
3) tech savvy
4) able to learn quickly
Primary duties will include:
Troubleshoot and repair software installations
Troubleshoot and repair printer driver issues
Install and configure multiple software products
Effect repairs remotely using remote desktop software
Desired Skills & Experience:
Associates degree or equivalent in an IT related field
3+ years of helpdesk or related experience
Accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree) experience a plus
Professionalism and strong communication skills (both in person and via phone/email)
Ability to work with all levels and varying positions of staff
Be very detailed, and have the ability to multi-task
Candidate must be able to work M-F during US business hours
