Virtual Assistant/Webmaster

I need help building a web based infomarketing business. I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to work full time to help with Webmaster and General Virtual Assistant Tasks. I place a high value on communication, and I'm looking for someone that can quickly master new skills, and understands the marketing process.
