Looking for animation specialist

I'm looking for someone to do animation for a project I'm working on. Person must have experience making flash animations, and standard video animations. I will provide the ideas, and you will execute.

1 project per week to begin with. Weekly hours will depend on complexity of project, and experience of artist.
