Websites Speeding Service - Full Time Person

Hi guys & gals!
I need a full time person that can help us speed up our clients' websites. Experience is a must! You will be speeding up from Wordpress websites to eCommerce such as Magento and not only.
You will need to compress images, leverage browser caching, enable gzip compression, minify files etc.

I will only consider people with experience as some advanced stuff (like minification) can break the websites' design so need someone who can deal with that and fix potential issues.
