Hi everyone, we are still looking for FULLTIME team members to join our fast growing company. Occasional weekend work will be required.

Our Australian furniture company is seeking a customer service-focused virtual assistant. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves working with people and improving their customer experience. The VA is responsible for working directly with our 2 operations managers and CEO in establishing a high level of customer service for new and existing customers.

We are looking for someone who works well under pressure, who can work with minimal supervision, and is a fast learner. You must have EXCELLENT English. You must be able to multitask and keep multiple sheets, and portals updated in real-time.

Proposed compensation for this part time position and a 3 month 'Trial' period. If you do well, we are open to a raise in salary, depending on performance.

DAILY WORK
Primary
- Replying customer questions on email
- Inbound customer phone call enquiries
- Inbound customer messages through live chat
- Emailing new orders to couriers/warehouse
- Following up on status of orders for customers
- Attention to detail (reply to this job with 'Brisbane,')
- Handling returns and refunds with customers and suppliers (email and phone)
- Responding to product and customer feedback
- Social media moderation
- Email support

- Wordpress
- WooCommerce
