Google Adwords Expert

I am looking for a full time Google Adwords certified expert. Must show proof of previous campaigns.
We will do a detailed interview on site links, extensions, running multiple campaigns, cpc etc.
This will be long term and additional training will be provided.

Additionally, any experience project management or sending emails/email marketing will be useful.
