Hi,
My name is Adam. Together with my wife Nellie, we currently run two Amazon companies and we are starting a third company within a few months. To bring order into this chaos we are looking to hire someone to help the both us with administrative tasks along with personal assistance.
What you'll be doing will be extremely important to us...
Why?
Because you'll be helping us organize our current businesses so we can take ourselves out of the daily admin tasks and focus on strategy to expand.
And that’s where you come in…
If selected for the role, you’re going to help organize and manage: administrative responsibilities for our e-commerce businesses, social media accounts, work/personal calendars, and overall keep good tabs on the organization of the daily tasks and schedules…you will be a key player in us achieving a huge milestone.
Here are a few questions for you to determine if you’d be a good fit for our organization:
• Do you love to create order from chaos?
• Do you love planning and communicating with others?
• Do you thrive by checking items off your list?
• Are you so organized that you help keep others around you organized?
• Do you charge ahead through obstacles so you can reach your goals?
• Are you comfortable with tech (OK with learning how to use apps like Slack, Trello, Asana, Teamwork, or Basecamp)?
• Are interested in the details? Like when something is off it drives you crazy? (some people call that OCD)…
You need to answer yes to all these questions to realistically be a good fit for this position.
This is not the time to fake it until you make it…we are going to push hard to ensure that this is the perfect fit for you and for us!
I have great expectations for you if you are selected for this position. I want you to succeed. And I want you to succeed at a high level. And I want you to enjoy your role here.
