Assistant web-master

We are a team of myself in Australia and 3 F/T Philippine VA’s. I am looking for a full time assistant webmaster of 40 hours per week that is highly intelligent and has great skills in written English for my two garden and landscape related online businesses. The position is home based to begin with, however we are looking at opening an office in Alabang in the next 12 months that the applicant would need to be willing to travel to daily. Tasks will be extremely varied covering all technical and content aspects of our online stores. The applicant will need to be flexible and juggle multiple tasks at a time and willing to do whatever work is needed. This will be a very challenging role and applicants will only be considered that have an IQ of > 130 and can score High Advanced 1 in the English test results.
