Inside Sale Associate

This is a sales-driven role!

It is best suited for individuals who are enthusiastic and can listen as well as ask the necessary questions. If you are afraid of the phone, this is not the best fit for you. Prior sales and/or phone experience is preferred. We are also looking for someone with a strong wiliness to learn in a fast paced environment! If you are interested in being apart of a team with like-minded people...we have the career for you.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Ability to deal with a variety of personalities
Clear speaking voice
Ability to multitask between phone and computer work
Ability to tolerate repetitive tasks
Computer/Technology savy
Strong work ethic
Hours: Full-Time (sorry no part time opportunity for this position), varying shifts and days.

Pay: base + Commission when transaction closes
