Customer Service and Sales Representative

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be apart of a fast-growing E-commerce business. I'm not only looking for a worker but a member to add to my team. I will train you for everything you need to know so we can grow as people together. I'm looking for a hardworking and honest individual with perfect English abilities to take over the role of customer service and sales.

Previous experience is an asset but not necessary. I’m more interested in a person who possesses particular character and personality traits. I can train the rest. You will be responsible for dealing with customers and suppliers every day by phone and email. Our company prides ourselves on offering the best relationships. Not only with our customers, manufacturers but employees too. It’s imperative that you have a high level of empathy and compassion. Every conversation with every person you speak with has to be good as gold. Our goal is to make every person feel special and unique, so you have big shoes to fill.

This is a full-time position with a set schedule. You will be required to work on either PST or EST. Reliable phone and internet are a must.

I will be honest. The starting wage might be less, but there's significant room for growth. I will offer incentives and wage increases dependant on performance. I currently have two other employees working with me, and they will gladly vouch for the opportunities that are available.

I'm looking to build a relationship. I won't be the boss you never hear from. Performance standards will be clear, and I'll always be available for all your questions with daily email and or skype follow-ups.

I want to make you great by continually supplying you with new training and resources. The more you know, and the better you are, the better we'll be together.
