What You’ll Actually Do

As a Solution Architect Resident, you will:

Break down complex business and technical problems into structured systems
Design solution architectures (workflows, data flows, decision logic)
Direct AI tools to implement parts of those solutions
Review and validate AI output for accuracy, edge cases, and scalability
Learn complex concepts quickly using structured learning frameworks
Participate in architecture reviews and planning sessions
Gradually take ownership of production-level systems
You will think more than you type—and you will be accountable for outcomes.
