RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to all customer service correspondence via
Upload, copy/paste data files into google sheets/Excel,
Document operations processes into SOPs by writing and screen capture with voice narration
Assist Managers and other staff as needed
Research information & report/summarize findings back to team
