JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

We currently have 2 amazing virtual assistants based in Cebu who work full-time, Mon-Fri. We are now looking for 1 more assistant to help cover our phone and emails on Saturday and Sundays between 10am-2pm (Australian Eastern Time), so normally 8am-12pm Philippines time. Between these hours, there is likely to only be about 1-2hours of actual work as we get very few emails or phone calls over the weekend.

We're a cleaning business in Australia with most of our work Mon-Fri, however we have a few appointments over the weekend and a few email enquiries that come through. We're in need of someone to help cover our phone and check emails on Saturdays and Sundays.

Training would happen during the week and there is potential, for a good candidate to get more work beyond Saturday & Sunday.

You will need to have;
1. very good spoken and written English
2. Customer service experience
3. confidence to problem solve independently (as you would be the only person working)
4. a laptop and good internet connection (all our software is cloud based)
5. a phone with WhatsApp

We would provide all the training you need and would do this during the week.

This would be on-going work every weekend with opportunity for hours and days to increase once you were established and proven. In the future we may need someone Mon-Fri.
