Expirienced Ebay Lister

I am looking for an Expirienced Ebay Lister to work on my new store. We would like someone who can hit the ground running and doesn't need much of training.
At the start we will only need you to list from a specific website but work will also include doing reasearch on your own initiative.
We will be looking to scale this shop up and therefore you could very well become store manager.
