Cartoon Artist

Looking for a cartoon artist to work with long term. I will communicate my ideas, and the cartoon artist will draw it out. This job will require at least 3 cartoon strips/week. Depending on experience level, weekly hours will range between 4 - 10 hours a week.

Other graphic design experience also a plus, as I am in the process of designing logos and websites.
