PostgreSQL and PostGIS to MapTile Expert

I'm looking for someone with experience in taking data (ex: Census data, etc...) and putting it into a PostgreSQL database with the PostGIS extention. Then I need help converting this data into map tiles using Open Map Tiles.

I also want to be able to provide you with data that corresponds to geocoded addresses (latitude & longitude) and you input them into the PostgreSQL database and output colored map tiles based on the average of all of the data within an area.
