JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing boutique recruitment company based in Melbourne. We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our legal recruitment team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the legal recruitment function
- Identify target candidates
- Identify and update movements thus identifying opportunities
- Agility in working across different practice areas at any given time
- Keep abreast of legal market changes through research – legal journals and news feeds
- Identify suitable candidates
- Maintain database
- Market mapping
- Maintain confidentiality of intellectual property

Requirements:
- Proficiency in the legal practice space
- Previous experience in a support role within recruitment
- High attention to detail
- Quick learner
- Ability to work autonomously
- Self – motivated person who demonstrates experience in meeting recruitment deliverables.
- Outstanding written communication skills in English
