General Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to organize and oversee the daily operations of our digital agency. You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people.
The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of organizational leadership. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many different kinds of operational activities. He/She must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business.
The goal is to improve the company’s operations to facilitate accelerating growth, new initiatives and human resources.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
Best Practices - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
Human Resources - Plan the use of human resources and employees. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.
Fulfillment of services - Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in execution of ad campaigns for clients including creative design, content, and project management. Monitor performance and implement improvements as needed. Ensure quality of internal processes. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity and assess needs for new employees. Provide technical support where necessary.
Communication - Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of agency communication. Facilitate coordination and communication between all divisions.
Sales, Marketing and Customer Service - Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
Strategic Input - Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
Industry relevant production experience
Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management

Digital marketing
