The role is to be a customer service representative to provide good quality service to clients of Tecso.
1) handle calls and
2) Coordinate with internal team and external vendors on service status and support incidents
3) Update and follow up on support tickets to make sure they are promptly resolved.
4) Create reports (e.g. incident reports, manuals, project documentation) whenever required
