A SHOPIFY CUSTOMER SUPPORT- FACEBOOK MODERATION- SUPERSTAR VA And Oberlo Fullfillment


This will be a long term position for us and we will grow together.
Please understand this job isn't for everyone.
We're looking for a very unique person to fill this job. Someone who would love their job and love working with our team. Most importantly someone who would be honest and work exclusively
for our company and be a team player.

For the beginning you will respond to emails and social media messages for our Shopify stores. Your job is to go through emails and respond to customers, explain delays, give out coupons, give them tracking numbers, delete bad comments/ban hostile people from social media, respond to social media questions, and let me know if certain things like addresses need to be updated or if orders need to be cancelled. Previous Shopify experience preferred but not necessary as long as you're intelligent!

Skills required:
- Experience with Shopify
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent level of English.
- Quick learner
- Team player who also knows to manage his/her own tasks.
- Extreme amount of trust and loyalty.
- Excellent communication skills and fun personality.
- Has your own computer and high-speed Internet connection.

Working Hours:
40 hours per week
