Create Custom Direct Gateway Payoneer Integration

I have website which is based on wordpress and installed with woocommerce relevant theme, so i would like to know if you can create a custom direct gateway payoneer integration to receive payment. (Accept all Major Credit Cards)
After input all the details it should redirect a thanks page and an automated mail(invoice) will go to his/her email address.
