Facebook Page Manager

Hello, I'm looking for a FB page manager for my online store.

Job includes:
* products and other cool posts on out FB page daily.
* Monitoring and replying to post comments.
* Replying to FB messages.

Requirements:
* Perfect English.
* Preferably Basic design skill. I use ---------- to create the designs usually.
* 1-2 hours every day.
* Basic marketing / customer service skills.

We will start with only 1-2 hours per day, and increase with time.
